Very comfy bed, spacious room. We initially booked Furama for access to Waka Waka kids club for our little, however even as a guest of Furama, you still need to pay for entry! Great location for the beach and shopping, Jln Arjuna is full of shops and restaurants nearby. The esplanade walk is pram friendly so great for families with babies and toddlers. Plenty of venues with AFL and sports playing for those inclined. Overall a great option for those with kids. Good pressure in the showers Staff and housekeeping were quick to respond with any requests - we asked for some furniture to be removed from our room due to an active toddler and sharp cornered coffee tables and there was no hesitation in removing it. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

My wife and son's birthdays occurred during our stay, the staff helped organizing a birthday cake and muffins. The staff came out on both occasions and sang Happy Birthday in the morning at breakfast. Plus we requested a swap of rooms for an extra bathroom request which was dealt with very professionally and on the same day. The Waitress at the Pool, I think her name was Leia (?) provided a great service with a smile and came to say goodbye to us on our last morning. We had an AC issue with one of the bedrooms which was dealt with on the day with repairs occurring while we were at the pool.

Great location right across from the beach. Very reasonable pricing. We had a pool view room on the bottom floor. Gardens are beautifully kept and the workers are always busy doing things around the property. Lots of staff on to help you and take orders by the pool. The pool playground is great for kids and kept my child entertained for hours. Good kids club upstairs from 75k. Will definitely stay again.

The location is great everything within walking distance and beach over the road. The hotel itself, including the pool is a bit tired and needs some urgent TLC to replace missing or cracked tiles in the pool but the kids loved it anyway. The 2 bedroom suite was half the price of everywhere else so I can't xomplain. Would definitely stay here again!

The spacious rooms are well thought out and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. Kids' waterpark was fantastic as you could lay directly in front and watch them. The pool is deep but was a great temperature. The location of this hotel is fantastic, beachfront and 50m walk to nearest mini mart and massage place.
